Before arriving at Cadiou, you will have exchanged several emails with the integration specialist - who will have sent you various documents to best prepare your arrival: Demain magazine, immersion schedule, etc.
Upon arrival, and after a tour of the company, you will simply observe for the first few days and will then be required to draft a discovery report. Then, you will undergo an immersion phase in the company’s various departments.
This will enable you to meet your future colleagues and understand how our organisation works. This is a key stage before starting your job!
Regular work assessment interviews will be scheduled to better progress, be given answers to your questions and plan any training course required to enhance your skills.
